This chicken marinade has been one of my favorite go-to's during the Candida Diet (today is day 39/90!) It's SO SIMPLE and better yet, it's delicious. Give it a try and let me know how it goes in the comments below!
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos (I like the Bragg's Brand)*
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
*If you eat gluten, soy sauce is a perfect substitute
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large Zip Loc bag and allow the chicken to marinate for a minimum of four hours, but overnight is ideal.
- Once Marinated: Bake thighs at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (or until completely cooked through).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
