Favorite Chicken Marinade (SF, DF, GF, Paleo)

This chicken marinade has been one of my favorite go-to's during the Candida Diet (today is day 39/90!) It's SO SIMPLE and better yet, it's delicious. Give it a try and let me know how it goes in the comments below!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos (I like the Bragg's Brand)*
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
*If you eat gluten, soy sauce is a perfect substitute

Directions
  • Combine all ingredients in a large Zip Loc bag and allow the chicken to marinate for a minimum of four hours, but overnight is ideal. 
  • Once Marinated: Bake thighs at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (or until completely cooked through).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
